Everything is saved online automatically. This text is an extra copy you can keep. Restore adds or updates records from a backup and never deletes anything.

Every change is saved in this browser immediately. Choose a folder on your computer and the app also writes a copy there after every change, plus one dated backup per day (last 30 kept) and your images. If the browser data is ever cleared, the app restores from that folder.
Problems the app runs into are recorded here, on this device only. Use “Report a problem” to send a description with this log to whoever maintains the app.
Describe what happened. The report adds the page you were on, your last taps, recent errors and device details. It does not include patient records.
